1. Team & Schedule
Which team is my child in, and when are their games?
Coaches will form balanced teams within each age division. You can check your child’s team roster and full game schedule at league.scholarbasketball.com.
How many games will my child play?
3x3 teams play 1–3 games per day, while 5x5 teams play 1 game per day. We aim to provide at least 6 games per team.
2. Venue & Arrival
Where and when should my child arrive?
Games are held at SBA Court, Level 7, Parkway Parade. Please meet at the lobby and arrive by 6:15 PM. Players should wait inside the court.
3. Registration & Attendance
What do I need to do if my child is invited to play?
Simply confirm your child’s availability for their scheduled games. If your child cannot attend, inform the coach/admin in advance so a backup player can be arranged if needed. Games will start as scheduled, even if a player arrives late.
4. Jersey & Equipment
What does my child need to wear and bring?
Players must wear their SBA jersey, basketball shorts and shoes, and bring a water bottle. The jersey must be purchased if your child does not have one. Players cannot participate without the required jersey. The jersey does not need the player’s name.
5. Parents & Spectators
Can parents watch the games?
Yes. Parents and family are welcome to attend. Seating is limited, and all spectators must follow the Spectators’ Code of Conduct.
6. Game Format & Competition
How are the games and playoffs organised?
3x3 is half-court with two 6-minute halves, while 5x5 is full-court with four 8-minute quarters. After the round-robin, teams advance to Semi-Finals, Finals, or placing brackets depending on the division. Tiebreakers are based on head-to-head record and point differential. All games are officiated by neutral referees under FIBA rules with youth modifications.

Yes — we accept partner academies for both seasons. When registrations open, the link appears on the relevant season’s page. For anything else, enquiries@scholarbasketball.com.
How are external teams scheduled?
External teams are folded into the same round-robin as SBA teams within their division. No separate bracket.
